Burner Studio

Wellness, thoughtfully designed. Burner Studio is a wellness destination in Stockholm where movement, recovery, nutrition and design come together under one roof. Our studios in Östermalm and Vasastan are built around a simple idea: how you train matters, and so does everything that comes after. Reformer, heated mat and private training. Taught with the same attention to detail across both studios. Movement is the main thing. The heat, the recovery, the room, all of it is built around the way it feels to move. Low impact, full body, quietly humbling. Recovery isn't just what happens after training. It's part of it. We've built dedicated spaces for it. The Recovery Suites. Whether you're chasing strength, calm, or simply a better way through the week, Burner is where movement becomes a way of life.
