About Blood Oxygen Monitor: SpO2
Blood Oxygen Tracker brings your blood-oxygen, heart-rate, and sleep data from Apple Health into one clear timeline, with trends, overnight views, widgets, and notifications for newly synced readings at or below your chosen threshold. IMPORTANT: An iPhone alone cannot measure blood oxygen. Automatic SpO2 import requires a compatible Apple Watch or a pulse oximeter whose app writes readings to Apple Health. Blood-oxygen features and availability vary by device, country, and region. You can also log readings manually and estimate your heart rate using the iPhone camera. APPLE HEALTH HISTORY - View blood-oxygen and heart-rate readings from Apple Health - See 7-, 30-, and 90-day trends, statistics, and tagged context - Import readings from compatible Apple Watch and pulse-oximeter apps - Log blood oxygen and heart rate manually - See recent information at a glance with home-screen widgets SLEEP & OVERNIGHT OXYGEN - Review overnight blood-oxygen readings alongside your sleep window - See minimum, average, and time below your chosen threshold - Get an overnight summary when compatible sleep and oxygen data are available THRESHOLD NOTIFICATIONS* - Choose your own caution and low thresholds - Receive a notification when a newly synced reading is at or below your selected threshold - See when each reading was recorded and synced HEART RATE & GUIDED BREATHING - Estimate heart rate using your fingertip, the iPhone rear camera, and flash - Camera heart-rate results are clearly presented as estimates, not medical measurements - Complete guided breathing sessions with visual pacing - Add tags and notes such as resting, after exertion, medication, oxygen flow, or altitude APPLE WATCH COMPANION - Glance at heart-rate and blood-oxygen readings already recorded in Apple Health - Log blood oxygen and heart rate manually - Complete guided breathing sessions without opening your iPhone - Follow step-by-step guides for recording supported readings with Apple features and viewing the synced result - Requires watchOS 9 or later SHAREABLE PDF REPORTS - Export a PDF with a selected date range, statistics, distributions, below-threshold context, tags, and notes - Reports include a Sources section for health and wellness information - Health readings remain on your device and in Apple Health *Threshold notifications require a compatible device or app that records blood-oxygen readings in Apple Health. Notifications are delivered only after new readings sync to your iPhone, may be delayed, and are not real-time alarms or emergency alerts. Blood Oxygen Tracker is designed for general wellness and informational purposes. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you feel unwell or a reading concerns you, contact a qualified healthcare professional. Sources for health and wellness information are available inside the app at More → Sources & references. Premium unlocks Apple Watch reading details, full trends and filters, overnight sleep views, low-reading notifications, and PDF exports. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple Account settings.
