About Stacking Gains: Macro Tracker

Macro tracking. A lot simpler. Stacking Gains helps you keep track of calories, protein, carbs and fat without making food logging another project. Log a meal, save your usual foods, and see how your day adds up. START WITH THE BASICS — FREE • Log food manually and edit entries when you need to. • Save meals as presets and reuse recent foods. • Track your daily totals and look back through your food history. • Set your daily nutrition targets. DO MORE WITH SG PRO • Describe a meal and review an AI estimate before adding it. • Take or choose a food photo for an AI estimate. • Get 100 AI estimates per calendar month, shared between text and photos. Your allowance resets on the first of the month (UTC). • Scan supported food barcodes and check the serving size. • Save multiple nutrition modes and switch targets for different days. • Connect a compatible AI assistant to your food log, with permissions you choose and access you can revoke. BRING YOUR OWN ASSISTANT Use the setup guide to connect a supported assistant through a custom connection. Availability depends on the assistant and your plan with that provider. SG Pro does not include a separate AI assistant subscription. Public connector-directory availability may vary. CHECK THE ESTIMATE AI estimates are a starting point, not a measurement. Review ingredients, portions and macros before saving. Stacking Gains is for general nutrition tracking and is not medical advice. FOUNDING PRICING SG Pro is available monthly or annually. Eligible new subscribers can start with a 14-day free trial. See the current price and eligibility in the app before subscribing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple account subscription settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Canceling stops renewal; access continues through the current paid or trial period, subject to Apple's terms. Existing early users retain their original barcode and mode features, plus their included monthly AI allowance. SG Pro adds the expanded allowance and assistant connections.
