What’s new
Version 1.0.13 · Updated September 13, 2026
New: Personal trainers can now schedule training sessions for their students right from the app and see every upcoming session in a full calendar. Students can view, confirm, and add their sessions straight to their phone's own calendar. If you don't have a personal trainer, you can now create and manage your own training schedule the same way, from a new "My Calendar" on your profile. Short: New calendar for trainer-scheduled and personal training sessions, for everyone, trainer or not. New: If your trainer starts a guided session, just confirm in the app and your workout launches automatically, no separate setup needed. Short: Guided sessions from your trainer now launch straight into your workout after you confirm. New: Approved personal trainers can now create, edit, and delete their own custom exercises right from the app. Short: Personal trainers can now manage their own custom exercises from the app. New: You can now change your password, or set one for the first time if you signed up with Google or Apple, right from the profile menu. Short: Change or set your account password from the profile menu. New: The side menu has been redesigned for quicker access to Goals, Nutrition, and your Premium status, and Vouchers now shows a badge when you have a code waiting to be redeemed. Short: Redesigned side menu with quicker access to key screens and a new pending-voucher badge. New: Home, Profile, and Workouts all got a visual refresh, cleaner layout and organization, with no change to how anything works. Short: Refreshed visual design across Home, Profile, and Workouts. Fixed: Some fitness numbers on Home and Profile were fabricated or inconsistent, weekly progress percentages, your day streak, and a made-up "health score." These now show your real numbers, or an honest empty state when there's nothing to show yet. Short: Fixed fabricated and inconsistent fitness numbers on Home and Profile. Fixed: Selecting a billing plan could accidentally select every plan on the same billing cycle instead of just the one you tapped. Short: Fixed a billing bug where selecting one plan could select every plan on that cycle. Fixed: Onboarding wasn't converting imperial units correctly, and could carry progress over from a previous account signed in on the same device. Short: Fixed onboarding unit conversion and cross-account progress leaking. Fixed: Edit Profile now correctly converts your weight units, shows a height unit, and includes a gender option that was missing before. Short: Fixed weight/height unit and gender issues in Edit Profile. Fixed: Redeeming a voucher after a network hiccup could redeem blind instead of showing you what actually happened. Short: Fixed a voucher redemption bug triggered by a network hiccup. Fixed: Invite Friends now shows your own referral reward, not just your friend's. Short: Invite Friends now correctly shows your own reward. Fixed: AI-generated workout plans no longer mix two languages in the same plan. Short: AI-generated workout plans no longer mix languages. Fixed: Creating a custom exercise could fail and leave your exercise library empty. Short: Fixed a bug where creating a custom exercise could fail. Fixed: A round of smaller layout, translation, and accessibility fixes across Coach, Workouts, Home, and session screens, especially on narrower phones. Short: Assorted layout, translation, and accessibility fixes across the app.
