About Still Heart: Muslim Meditation

Still Heart is Islamic meditation, dhikr, du'a and sleep for Muslims, built on the Qur'an and authentic Sunnah. Every session is read slowly by one of two narrators, Amina or Salim. In Islam, meditation is not emptying the mind. It is remembrance (dhikr) and reflection (tafakkur), with your attention turned toward Allah. Still Heart helps you practise it a few minutes at a time, on an ordinary day. It is a companion to worship, never a replacement for prayer, medical care or scholarly guidance. NEW: ESCAPE Step through a door into Madinah in the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him). You hear the place around you, and a voice tells only what is authentically narrated. No music, and no one is shown. Three stories to start: The One Who Swept, The First Masjid and The Palm Trunk. Best with headphones. THE NAMES OF ALLAH Sit with one Name at a time, including As-Salam, Al-Hafiz, Al-Wakil, Al-Latif, Al-Wadud, Ar-Razzaq and At-Tawwab. Each reflection explains the Name, where it appears in the Qur'an, and one practice to carry into your day. A different Name greets you on the Today page each day. INSIDE STILL HEART - Guided Islamic meditations that name Allah directly - Dhikr and du'a for fear, exhaustion, anger, gratitude, illness and daily life - 7-day journeys: Islamic Meditation, Tawakkul and Self-Compassion - Sleep sessions rooted in the Sunnah of the night - Move sessions, including stretches to get ready for prayer - Journeys for pregnancy and seasons of hardship - Two narrators, Amina and Salim - Free sessions with no account or sign-up required - No social feed and no ads Still Heart Premium opens the full library, every Escape and every new session as it arrives.
