Loopa: Contraceptive Ring

Never lose track of your contraceptive ring again. Loopa sends insistent reminders for insertion and removal, shows a live countdown widget, and keeps a history you can actually edit. Built for people who use the vaginal contraceptive ring and want a private, reliable, set-and-forget reminder, not a generic pill tracker. WHY LOOPA • Insistent reminders: a heads-up the day before, alerts that repeat and escalate on the day until you confirm, and daily follow-ups if you are late. One missed notification never means a missed ring. • Countdown widget + Live Activity: see the days until your next insertion or removal on your Home Screen, Lock Screen, and Dynamic Island. • Forgot? Stay calm: a guided protocol tells you exactly what to do for the week you are in, based on official usage rules. • Editable history: fix any past date in seconds. No more being stuck with a wrong entry. • Cycle stats: your on-time rate, current streak, and average delay at a glance. • Track what matters: bleeding and spotting, symptoms, mood, and free notes on any day. • Smart extras: a supply reminder two days before your next ring, and a discreet position check the day after insertion. FLEXIBLE FOR YOUR REGIMEN • 21 days in, 7 days out (default) • Continuous use (28 days, no break) • Fully custom durations YOUR CYCLE NEVER LEAVES YOUR IPHONE Everything you log stays on your device: no account, no sign-up, no ads. Your health data is never sent to us, and a private iCloud backup restores your history on a new iPhone. Loopa only collects anonymous usage statistics and your subscription status. APPLE WATCH Reminders mirror to your wrist with Confirm and Snooze actions, so you can respond without reaching for your phone.
