Scan text from a photo into an announcement, see your changes straight away, clearer wording when you set a meeting aside, and - for coordinators - email and withdraw Working With Children check requests. For everyone: • Scan text from a photo - add a picture to an announcement and tap "Insert scanned text" to read any text in it (on your device) and drop it into your message, so a printed notice or flyer becomes words without retyping. • Your changes show straight away - after you edit, cancel or restore something, the screen now refreshes with the new details instead of showing the old version until you leave the tab and come back. • Clearer wording when you set a meeting aside - cancelling a meeting on the calendar now explains that the occurrence keeps its history and anyone rostered on it comes back if you restore it. • Notification taps open the right screen - a form-record alert now opens straight to that record (or to your forms). For coordinators and child-safety officers: • Email a check request - when you ask a member to supply their Working With Children check, an "Also email" option (on by default) emails them as well as sending the in-app notice; if no email could be sent, you're told why. A bulk request shows how many people were asked in the app only. • Withdraw a request - take back a "please supply your check" request from the Open requests list if you sent it by mistake; the member's in-app notice is removed. • The member directory no longer shows child-safety positions (such as a ministry position that needs a check) to ordinary members - only coordinators and administrators see them. For coordinators and administrators: • Setting up a standard form now shows when you have already added it, with a link to open the existing copy. • Deleting a form that a Turnout event uses now names the event in the message.
