Lane: AI Swim Coach

Lane is the swim-training companion built for age-group swimmers, parents, and club coaches. Capture a short pool-side video, get an AI-powered breakdown of your stroke, and turn that feedback into a structured training set the same afternoon. AI STROKE ANALYSIS - Record or upload a clip of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, or butterfly. - Lane's coaching model returns a clear verdict: what's working, what to fix, and the exact drills to do next. - Every recommendation is tied to the underwater fundamentals that age-group coaches actually look for: catch, body line, kick tempo, rotation, breath timing, and underwaters. USA SWIMMING STANDARDS, BUILT IN - Log meet times in SCY or LCM and instantly see where you land against USA Swimming Motivational Times (B / BB / A / AA / AAA / AAAA) for your age and gender bracket. - Watch your personal-best curve climb across the season and know exactly how many seconds stand between you and the next cut. TRAINING THAT MATCHES YOUR LEVEL - Lane generates a full practice set from each analysis — warm-up, drill block, main, and cool-down — scaled to your distance and stroke. - Save sets, repeat them at the pool, and check off intervals from your phone. BUILT FOR YOUNG ATHLETES AND PARENTS - COPPA-aware onboarding with parental consent for under-13 swimmers. - Simple meet-sheet scanner: snap a printed result sheet and Lane parses the times for you. - Account deletion, data export, and a transparent privacy policy in Settings. LANE PRO - Unlimited AI video analysis. - Unlimited training-set generation. - Multi-swimmer profiles (great for parents tracking siblings or coaches tracking a lane). - Monthly or annual subscription. Cancel anytime in Settings. Lane is not affiliated with USA Swimming. Motivational time standards are used for reference only.
