About Little Play House
Little Play House is a calm digital sandbox for young children — a place to play, decide, and unwind. There are no fail states, no countdowns, no scores to lose, and nothing to buy. Just five friendly activities with big, easy buttons made for little hands. WHAT'S INSIDE Watermelon Fun — tap the giant watermelon and feel it thump, squish, and spray seeds. Pure cause and effect, as many times as they like. My House — an open room your child decorates their way. Drag the furniture anywhere, add pets, feed them, rearrange forever. Their room, their rules. It's saved exactly how they left it. Bubble Pop — bubbles drift up, little fingers pop them. That's it, and that's the point. **Shape Sort** — drag circle, square, triangle, and star onto matching outlines. Each match is spoken aloud; wrong spots simply spring home — nothing buzzes or fails. **Scribble Pad** — a giant free-drawing pad with chunky crayons, soft stamps, and a clear button. No templates, no scores — just mark-making. Calm Corner — a gentle bear breathes slowly under the stars, and your child breathes along. A quiet reset for big feelings. An optional, clearly separated Race mode lets older kids race the clock in Watermelon Fun and Bubble Pop — it only starts when they choose it, and free play is always the default. BUILT FOR PARENTS' PEACE OF MIND • 100% offline — the app has no internet features at all • No ads, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions • No tracking, no analytics, no accounts — we collect nothing • Grown-ups area locked behind a parental gate • Personalize the title with your child's name (set by a parent, stored only on your device) Designed for children who need a low-pressure space: oversized buttons, instant tactile feedback, and open-ended play that never punishes, rushes, or frustrates.
What’s new
Version 1.0.4 · Updated September 20, 2026
Little Play House grows — still calm, still offline, still no fail states. **Your art in My House** — saved Scribble Pad drawings can now hang in real frames in the Living room and Bedroom. Pick a favorite for each room. **Picture Puzzle Maker** — turn any saved drawing into a gentle 2×2, 3×3, or 4×4 tap-to-swap puzzle. Difficulty starts at the selected age band, and children can change it anytime. **Plant and grow** — the Garden now has three persistent planting beds. Tap to plant, water, add sunshine, grow, and pick strawberries, tomatoes, and carrots. There are no wrong tools and the garden waits between visits. **More ways to find calm** — Calm Corner now includes guided breathing, star tracing, a feelings check-in, and four gentle stretches. **Gentle sound** — bubbles pop, shapes snap, stars chime, and favorite actions now have soft, playful feedback. Grown-ups can control effects, spoken voice, and optional calm music separately. **My House expands** — Living room, Bedroom, and outdoor Garden, each with its own toys, pets, and saved layout. Switch rooms anytime. **My Creations** — save Scribble Pad drawings on this device and flip through them in a simple gallery. Grown-ups can clear them anytime. **Age band (Grown-Ups)** — choose 5–6, 7–8, or 9. Younger kids get a simpler Shape Sort and smaller house tray; older kids get more shapes and more toys. Nothing is locked away. **Five-round Shape Sort** — Shapes, Colors, Big & Small, Listen & Find, and a Mixed Challenge. Every new session brings fresh pieces and layouts, with a clear next round. **Path Play stages** — Trail, Gather, and Shortcut now grow through 10 stages with denser boards, more rocks and stars, and tighter routes. Younger age bands also grow the grid. Undo anytime; no timers or lives.
