Sotera: Safe Journeys

Sotera watches over your journey home. Start a journey: walking, in an Uber or Bolt, in a taxi, or on transit, and the people you choose get a WhatsApp or SMS with your destination and a live map link. They don't need the app. When you arrive, they know. If your journey stops unexpectedly or drifts off route, Sotera checks in with you first through a call-style alert that rings until you answer. If you don't respond, your people are told exactly where you are. HOW IT WORKS • Pick your trusted people once, can be family, friends, anyone with WhatsApp • Start a journey with your destination; Sotera follows the route with you • Your people get a live map link that works in any browser, no app needed • Arrive safely and everyone gets the good news — optionally with an arrival selfie, your strongest proof you really made it home • Something off? Sotera checks in with you before worrying anyone BUILT FOR REAL NIGHTS OUT • Works with rides you book anywhere, you can add the car's details in seconds • Tracking runs only during an active journey and always shows in your status bar • Alert your people yourself at any moment with one tap • Anyone can opt out of messages by replying STOP PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your location is shared only while a journey is active, only with people you picked yourself, and it switches off the moment you're home. We never read your address book, never sell data, and never run ads. Sotera is not an emergency service and does not contact emergency services. In an emergency, always call 112 or your local emergency number. Free for everyone. Sotera is operated by Unifiltered LLC.
