About Metricum
Metricum turns your scholarly footprint into a dashboard you'll actually want to open. It pulls your public metrics from Google Scholar and PubMed and brings them together in one clean, fast view: total citations, h-index, and publication counts, plus growth charts that show how your impact builds over time. WHAT YOU GET • Citations, h-index, and publication totals at a glance • Year-by-year growth charts for citations and publications • Trending papers, so you can see which of your works are gaining traction • AI Insights that highlight what's changed and what stands out • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets that keep your numbers in view • Push notifications when your citations or publications change FREE & PRO Metricum is free to use, with your core metrics and charts refreshed weekly. Metricum Pro unlocks faster, on-demand refreshes, AI Insights, trending papers, and push notifications. Pro is a monthly or annual subscription with a 7-day free trial. PRIVACY-FRIENDLY Metricum reads only publicly available data from Google Scholar and PubMed. You can delete your account and all associated data anytime from Settings. Whether you're a PhD student, postdoc, professor, or lab lead, Metricum keeps your research impact one tap away. Metricum Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings after purchase. What’s new
Version 1.1.0 · Updated August 29, 2026
Track Google Scholar, PubMed, or both. Each source is set up on its own, and neither is required. Setup is no longer a wall. The app opens straight on your dashboard, and you can add a source whenever you are ready. New PubMed query builder: start from your name, pick the spellings PubMed holds, and tap Check to see how many papers match before saving. Fixes - A search matching a single paper no longer breaks the dashboard - Citation stats load correctly for profiles with uncited papers - A pasted link that is not a Scholar profile is rejected right away
