BUILD A CONSISTENT PROCESS Use State of Mind entries, routine checklists, and discipline history to record the context around each session. Review performance alongside the behavior that produced it. PRACTICAL TRADING TOOLS Use position-size, futures tick-value, options P&L, Greeks, and payoff tools without placing a trade or connecting a brokerage account.
