JOINSTICK

Most of what you learn in a training class fades within days. Joinstick makes it stick. Joinstick is your learning companion for onsite classes. Instead of forgetting the moment the session ends, you keep remembering, practicing, and mastering new skills — one Challenge at a time. WHY LEARNERS LOVE JOINSTICK • Remember more. Bite-sized Flash Cards and Recall Quizzes bring key ideas back at just the right moments, so knowledge moves into long-term memory. • Practice for real. Take on Missions and Challenges from your Speaker, submit your work, and get scored on how you actually apply what you learned. • See your transformation. Your Shificiency Score shows how far you've come — combining what you recall, how you practice, and how deeply you reflect and consolidate. HOW IT WORKS — THREE SIMPLE PHASES BEFORE CLASS Enroll with a code or invite link from your Speaker — from anywhere, no need to be onsite. Complete your Pre-Test to set your baseline. DURING CLASS Check in onsite, then answer the live Harvester reflections your Speaker opens throughout the session to capture and lock in what you're learning. Wrap up with a Post-Test. AFTER CLASS Get a personalized Journey built around the skills you most need to grow. Keep going with Challenges, Recall Flash Cards, and unlockable Micro-Learning — and watch your Shificiency Score rise. BUILT FOR PROFESSIONALS Whether you're sharpening leadership skills or picking up something new for work, Joinstick fits into your day. Learn in a few focused minutes, wherever you are — then bring real, applied skills back to your team. MADE FOR FOCUSED LEARNING Clean, distraction-free, and simple to use.
