KODAR

KODAR is a Lithuanian marketplace for handmade, small-batch and niche physical goods. Buyers discover items the large retail chains do not offer, and sellers — from first-time sellers to small businesses — sell them without building a separate online store. FOR BUYERS • Handmade, small-series and locally made items across every category • Buy directly from the maker, without middleman markups • Pay by card or Apple Pay — the seller is paid only after you receive the parcel • Delivery to parcel lockers or by courier, with tracking inside the app • Message sellers before you buy, and see transparent ratings and reviews • If something goes wrong, the KODAR team handles the dispute FOR SELLERS • Publish a listing in minutes: photos, price, delivery, done • Commercial selling is allowed — KODAR is built for selling, not just for clearing out a wardrobe • Orders, payouts, shipping labels and buyer messages in one place • Payouts to your bank account once the buyer receives the order • No company registration, no monthly fee, no separate web shop SECURE PAYMENTS Payments are processed by Stripe, a licensed payment institution — KODAR never sees your card details. Seller funds are held until delivery is confirmed, and every order is covered by buyer protection and our dispute process. JUST STARTING OUT? In Lithuania, residents may sell movable personal items with annual sales income of up to EUR 2,500 without paying income tax, so you can test your idea calmly. Tax treatment depends on your individual situation and the nature of your activity; check with the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI) if in doubt. GOOD TO KNOW All items on KODAR are physical goods shipped by sellers; the app sells no digital content or subscriptions. KODAR operates in Lithuania and is intended for users aged 18 and over.
