What's new in 1.14 Schedule • New Events tab after Installs, laid out like the day schedule. • New Tasks and Logs tabs: daily tasks with reminders, and every booking with who scheduled it. • Tapping an install opens its job page directly. • Approved pre-installs leave the day schedule and move to the Installs board. • Schedule and Installs swipe like the messenger. Jobs and leads • Escalate any job or lead: "Issue with customer" or "Need pricing" sends a task to the right people. • Close a job or approve a pre-install from the Status menu, same as the web. • Up to three techs on a lead, and several contact people on a client. • Convert a lead to an install, or schedule an install from an estimate, right from the phone. • New Lead suggests existing clients and fills the address from Google. Wizards • The confirm step lets you pick the person, then Call, Text or Edit, with a "Call?" check before dialing. • Recommendations are a simple item list with two required items. Messenger • Search redesigned: All, Media, Links and Files swipe like your chat folders. • Chats open faster and paint instantly from cache. • Open a job or lead from a chat with no in-between screen. Typing • Notes, reasons and descriptions open in a clean full editor with Save. Phone and notifications • Call source shows on incoming calls and in Recents, with exact call times. • Blocked-number handling. • Tapping a notification takes you straight to its screen. • New icons for every notification type, with on/off switches in Settings. Fixes • Accepted leads no longer pop up again. • Simulators no longer count toward the device limit. • Techs and installers always call from the company line.
