About HomeTutz

Events: Reactions & Wishes Tap any event to open its details. React with emojis and leave comments or birthday wishes — everyone (coordinators, tutors, students and parents) sees them instantly. Event cards show reaction counts and the latest wish. Birthday Celebrations Student birthdays appear automatically on the day, so the whole group can send wishes and reactions. Reports for Coordinators & Tutors New Reports tab with an overview, attendance, syllabus and classes analytics. Filter by batch and student using simple dropdowns. Tutors see only their own batches and students. Share a progress report via WhatsApp, email and more. Unified Reports Parent, student, coordinator and tutor reports now share one clean, consistent design. Attendance in Classes Tutors now mark attendance from a sub-tab inside Classes — no more switching screens. Leaves & Attendance Leaves are now linked to attendance, so approved leaves are recognised and unplanned absences are highlighted. Parents get a notification when their child applies for leave. Student dashboard now shows classes missed. "I Need Help" Signals Students can flag chapters they need help with. Tutors and coordinators see these flags where they plan classes. Syllabus Improvements Subjects in the syllabus are now collapsible for easier browsing. Tap a chapter to see which classes covered it and who taught it. Batch Details Batch cards are now tappable and open a detail sheet with students and batch info. Calendar Date Picker All date selection, including creating events and applying for leave, now uses a popup calendar. Cleaner Student Home Removed polls and recommendation clutter from the student and parent home screens. Bug Fixes & Stability Fixed reactions and comments not saving across roles. Fixed event deletion. Fixed crashes when opening class details, chapter details and student profiles. General performance and reliability improvements.
