Your journal stays in the local app storage on your device. MAKE TIME TO JOURNAL Journal First can pause selected apps until you meet your daily journaling goal. This optional feature requires Screen Time permission. LOCK YOUR JOURNAL Use App Lock with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Your device handles authentication. OPTIONAL AI Use supported AI features for mood suggestions, voice-note proofreading, reflections, and title suggestions. AI availability depends on your device and settings. Cloud AI requires your consent and sends the text needed for a request through Stillena's service to a third-party model provider. You can turn Cloud AI off in Preferences. SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED An active Stillena Pro subscription or eligible free trial is required after onboarding. Choose a weekly, monthly, or annual plan. Prices, trial eligibility, and renewal terms appear before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account.
