DejaVu Memories: On This Day

Every day, DejaVu finds the photos you took on this exact date in years past and puts them in front of you — on your Home Screen, in a notification, in a timeline you can wander through. No scrolling back through ten thousand pictures. Just today, as it was. ON THIS DAY, EVERY YEAR Open the app and see this date across your whole life, grouped by year. Swipe through a calendar to jump to any day and see what it held. SHARE IT BEAUTIFULLY Turn a memory into a Polaroid with your own handwritten note, a photobooth strip of the same day across the years, a 35mm film frame, a cinematic card or a "through the years" grid. Drag to choose the crop. Share it anywhere, at full resolution. YOUR PHOTOS OF THE DAY A daily reminder at the time you choose — only on days that actually hold something. On empty days we leave you alone. A WIDGET THAT REMEMBERS Put this day's memory on your Home Screen and let it change through the day. ONLY WHAT MATTERS Screenshots stay out of your memories. Photos that arrived via WhatsApp or other apps step aside for the ones you took yourself. Hide any memory, or lock the private ones behind Face ID. WHAT THE WORLD WAS DOING Optional context for each day: what happened in music, film, technology and sport the year that photo was taken. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your photos never leave your device. There is no account, no upload, no server. DejaVu reads your library on your iPhone and nowhere else. Works with iCloud Photos. Available in English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.
