Version 1.1.2 This update focuses on making the app easier to use and understand. • The money calculators now remember what you enter on your device. You can return to the sample values anytime. • The true monthly cost and closing-cost screens now keep the answer pinned to the bottom of the screen. • The true monthly cost now tells you in plain words how much higher or lower it is than your current rent, and you can share your conditions and results. • The closing-cost estimate now explains what each fee is for and when it is paid. • Open the true monthly cost or closing-cost calculator straight from a viewing record, with its numbers carried over (and undo it if you change your mind). • Open the compass, sunlight, and area tools from a viewing record, and save the measured direction or floor area to the record's notes. • Swipe, zoom, and share viewing photos, and read the comparison table more easily. • The purchase schedule now shows completion checks, the next step, and the days remaining. • Added a "For first-time users" section (how-to guide and glossary) to Settings, and reorganized the Settings screen. • The provider name is now shown as "まこと不動産" (Makoto Fudosan).
