Stay close to someone who finds technology hard. Clarity turns a spare iPhone or iPad into a companion for an elderly relative, or anyone living with Alzheimer's, dementia or a disability that makes a phone or tablet hard to use. It sits in their room, always on, and does the hard parts for them. VIDEO CALLS THAT ANSWER THEMSELVES Call from your own phone, from anywhere. Their companion plays a gentle chime, shows your name for three seconds, then connects by itself. Nothing for them to find, press or remember. If they can still choose for themselves, set it to ring and show one big Answer button instead. A VOICE NOTE, A PHOTO OR A FEW WORDS • Record a voice note and it plays out loud in your own voice • Send a photo and it fills their screen • Type a message and their companion reads it out loud Each one arrives with the same gentle chime, and one tap plays it again. A CLEAR DAY CLOCK In big, calm writing: the day of the week, whether it's morning, afternoon, evening or night, the date and the time. The colours warm through the day and dim at night, so one glance answers "what day is it?" TIMED REMINDERS Tablets, meals, a visitor. When one is due it shows clearly and a gentle alarm rings a few times, then rests. They tap "I've done it" and a calm "done" stays on screen, answering "have I already taken my tablets?" ONLY THE FAMILY YOU CHOOSE Each family member is paired with a one-time code shown on the companion itself. Nobody else can call. Nobody can ever connect silently: the chime and the notice of who is calling always come first. Calls are never recorded. SET UP IN A FEW MINUTES 1. Put Clarity on a spare iPhone or iPad and choose "This will be the companion". 2. Turn on family calls. It shows a 6 digit code. 3. Each family member installs Clarity on their own phone, chooses "I'm family" and types the code.
