Everything stays on your device. There's no account and no sign-up; open the app and start. It works fully offline. Log seizures in seconds. Record date, time, duration and type, plus optional details your neurologist cares about: whether it happened during sleep, in hot weather, while sick or very tired, whether emergency medication was needed, severity, and post-seizure (post-ictal) recovery. Add notes or attach a video. Browse everything in a list or a calendar. Stay on top of medication. Keep a list of current and past medications with doses, and get reminders so doses aren't missed.
