PrepPeriod: Classroom Log

Get your prep period back. PrepPeriod is the classroom documentation tool built for how teachers actually work — on your feet, in front of students, with no time to type. Log an incident, a hall pass, a parent-contact reminder, or a positive note in two taps from your Apple Watch, without ever pulling out your phone. Then fill in the details later, during your prep, when the app nudges you. Every entry is timestamped the moment you capture it — so when you walk into a parent conference, an IEP meeting, or an administrator's office, you have a clear, credible record of exactly what happened and when. CAPTURE IN CLASS, COMPLETE AT PREP Tap a student on your wrist, tap a category, done. The event lands in your inbox with an exact timestamp. When your prep period comes around, the app reminds you to add the details while they're fresh. BUILT FOR THE WHOLE DAY - Behavior incidents and positive notes - Hall passes with bathroom, water, and nurse tracking — see when a student is out too often - Parent-contact log: record every call and its outcome — dictate what happened and the method fills itself in - Attendance, absences, and lates - Rotating and A/B day schedules SEE THE PATTERNS PrepPeriod quietly counts what you capture, so patterns you'd otherwise miss become clear — like a student who's left class nine times this month. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything lives privately on your own devices and syncs across them through your personal iCloud. No accounts. No servers. Your students' information never goes to us or anyone else. PROFESSIONAL REPORTS AND FASTER CONTACT LOGGING (one-time unlock) Generate a clean, printable PDF of any student's history — timestamped, organized, and ready for a meeting or conference. Plus: dictate a parent-contact note and the method is filled in for you, entirely on your iPhone. Requires iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence. Unlock once and it's yours forever. Made by a teacher, for teachers.
