The app presents what was reported; the homeowner chooses. PHOTO DOCUMENTATION Photos taken in the app are time-stamped and GPS-stamped at capture (when a location fix is available) and tied to a required-shot checklist — address shot, elevations, slope overviews, pitch gauge, close-ups, collateral. The report knows which shots are missing before the carrier does. SAVE ALWAYS, FLAG MISSING Real inspections happen before the claim number exists.
