RollCall by Afield Apps

Afield RollCall is attendance built by a teacher who actually takes it — every morning, and on every field trip. **WHO'S HERE. WHO'S NOT. ONE GLANCE.** Tap students present or missing and watch the counts update at the top of your board. Big, readable cards. No spreadsheets to squint at, no paper to lose. **NEW: CLASS MODE** RollCall now handles your everyday classroom, not just trip days. • Unlimited class boards — every period, homeroom, study hall, and club in one app • Group students your way: by section, by table, by row, by bus — you choose • Set All marks a whole group in one tap **SEATING CHARTS** See your room the way you actually arrange it. • Straight rows for classrooms • Curved arcs for ensembles — orchestras, bands, and choirs get true concert seating • Take attendance right from the chart: your empty seat IS your missing student • Works on iPad, and on iPhone too — just turn your phone sideways **FIELD TRIPS, HANDLED** The part RollCall was born for. • Organize your trip into groups — buses, chaperone teams, activity rotations • Scan students in with QR wristbands or badges — head counts in seconds, not minutes • Share a live link with each chaperone so their group's status shows up on your board • Share the student view at final check-in — now the whole group is looking for who's missing • Parent sign-outs with a signature, captured right on your screen **YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS** RollCall runs on a Google Sheet in YOUR Google account. Your roster never lives on our servers — you can open, edit, and keep your data forever, even if you stop using the app. **SET UP IN MINUTES** Copy the template sheet, follow the guided setup, and share a setup code with your own devices — or your whole department. No student accounts. No IT ticket. **BUILT FOR SCHOOL LIFE** • Works on iPhone and iPad • Fast enough for the bus line, simple enough for a substitute • Made by a working teacher who needed exactly this app — so she built it **ROLLCALL PRO** Class Mode boards, seating charts, and scan check-in are part of RollCall Pro, a yearly subscription with a free trial. Trip basics stay free. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Privacy Policy: https://goafield.org/rollcall/privacy Terms of Use: https://goafield.org/rollcall/terms
