WHAT YOU GET - Hot flash quick log: a one tap instant log at typical intensity for the moment itself, or time, intensity from 1 to 5, and triggers for full detail - A real symptom library: 34 symptoms across heat and flushing, sleep, mood, mind and memory, body, skin and hair, cycle changes, and intimate changes, each described in plain language and logged with 1 to 5 severity - Trigger tracking: mark caffeine, alcohol, stress, and poor sleep days with a tap - Daily check in: record your own sleep and energy ratings with an optional note in under a minute - Symptom shortcuts: choose up to three symptoms for one tap logging on Today, with recent symptoms filling open spots - Visit snapshot: see thirty days of hot flashes, symptom entries, daily check ins, treatments, and open appointment questions together before a visit - Your time of day pattern: a clean chart of when your hot flashes tend to happen, morning to night - Night flashes counted on their own: what happened between 10pm and 6am, separated from the daytime total, because it is the number clinicians ask about first - Your month in review: at thirty days, a plain summary of what you logged, when your flashes cluster, which trigger tracked worst, and what changed since the month before - Treatment comparison: once a change has enough logged days on both sides, Pausely compares the same window before and after without claiming a cause (Pro) - Weekly pattern insights computed from your own logs, like "Hot flashes cluster 9 to 11 PM" or "More hot flashes within a day of alcohol" (Pro) - Two-week change radar comparing the latest seven days with the seven days before (Pro) - Treatment tracker: log a medication, supplement, or lifestyle change with its start date, and see an honest before and after comparison of your symptoms (Pro) - Appointment agenda for questions and priorities, included in the doctor visit PDF (Pro) - Cycle-change notes: a dated record of timing, flow, and anything unusual - Doctor visit PDF: symptom frequency by week, severity trends and charts, the hot flash log, trigger patterns, your treatment log with before and after results, and your cycle notes in one clean summary (Pro) - A gentle daily check-in reminder at the time you choose (Pro) HONEST BY DESIGN Insight cards and treatment comparisons only appear after enough real occurrences, and they describe your logs, never a diagnosis.
