CheckFlow: Checklist Audit

Paper checklists work fine until someone skips a line. Then nobody can say who checked what, or when. CheckFlow moves the checklists your store already runs on into an app, so the walkthrough happens the same way every shift and leaves a record behind. It was built around one rule: a new hire should be able to use it in five minutes. No training session, no manual. EVERYTHING A DAILY WALKTHROUGH NEEDS • Digitize the lists you already have — opening, closing, weekly deep clean, monthly equipment checks, saved as reusable templates • Require a photo or a comment on any item, so a check has evidence behind it instead of a signature • Tap OK, NG or N/A and move on — one-handed entry, built for someone standing in a walk-in cooler • Watch progress live — see which lists are done, which are half finished, and who is on them • Every completed run saves itself with photos, notes and a timestamp, ready for an audit • Export to PDF or CSV in one tap and send it to the owner, the client or the health inspector • Admin and staff roles — admins build the lists and manage the team, staff simply run the checks • Invite staff with a QR code or a link. No passwords to create, forget or reset • Reminders fire when a required list is still open, so the manager hears about it before closing • Register your store by email, build a list, invite the crew — you are running in five minutes BUILT FOR WORK LIKE THIS • Restaurants and cafes: opening and closing lines, food safety and HACCP temperature logs • Retail and convenience stores: shift routines, planogram and stock checks, restroom rounds • Cleaning and facility management: proof-of-service reports with photos for every property • Hotels: housekeeping, amenity rounds and public area inspections • Senior care and clinics: room rounds, equipment checks and hygiene logs • Factories and warehouses: line startup, forklift and safety inspections • Construction: site safety walks and handover sign-off Anywhere a checklist decides whether the day went right, CheckFlow fits.
