RenoStack: Home Renovation

RenoStack is the app for anyone renovating, remodelling or refurbishing a house or flat — from the first quote to the final invoice. No more spreadsheets. No more paper chaos. One place for budget, contractors, appointments and receipts. RENOVATE TOGETHER, SPLIT IT FAIRLY Invite your partner, family or co-owners for free and plan the renovation together – everyone sees the same numbers. For every contract and expense you decide who pays: half each, one person, by percentage or a fixed amount – even across several households. RenoStack keeps a running tally of who owes whom and shows how to settle up in as few transfers as possible. BUDGET ALWAYS IN VIEW Enter your budget and instantly see what is left once every commissioned trade is paid. The forecast factors in planned costs and warns you before it gets tight. COMPARE CONTRACTOR QUOTES Collect several quotes per trade, line them up side by side and mark who gets the job. Notes, contact details and payment status included. SITE DIARY WITH PHOTOS Document every day on site with pictures, keep a punch list of defects and tick them off once fixed — properly evidenced for warranty and handover. BEFORE/AFTER & RECAP VIDEO Tag diary photos with a room and compare before and after with a slider. One tap turns your site photos into a recap video with music and progress — ready to share. PHASES & TASKS Set up your build phases, assign tasks and attach whatever you still need to pick: photos of your options, links to the product, dates in the calendar. TEMPLATES FOR BATHROOM, KITCHEN & MORE Bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, floors & walls, energy upgrade or full renovation: a template sets up your schedule, task lists and rough cost estimates — then adjust everything to fit. APPOINTMENTS & REMINDERS Every trade appointment in one place. RenoStack reminds you in time and saves dates straight into your calendar if you want. WIDGET & WEEKLY SUMMARY Remaining budget, who owes whom and your next appointment right on your home screen. Every Sunday a notification sums up your renovation week. EXPENSES & RECEIPTS Receipt scanner: snap the receipt — with Pro, RenoStack reads the amount for you. Sorted by category and build phase, counted against your budget immediately. DOCUMENTS Floor plans, wiring diagrams, permits, contracts — every document about the house in one place and on the right trade. With Pro they live in the cloud, at hand on every device. ALWAYS IN SYNC Budget, contractors and appointments stay in sync automatically — across all your devices and with your partner. WHO IS RENOSTACK FOR? Self-builders, homeowners, period-property restorers, first-time buyers and landlords — anyone who wants to steer a renovation instead of enduring it. RENOSTACK PRO Unlimited projects, receipt scanning, photos shared with everyone on the project, a document vault with cloud sync, and automatic cloud backup for quotes and receipts.
