About EczemaTrack: Baby Eczema Diary

You've changed the cream, cut the dairy, switched the detergent — and you still can't tell what's actually helping your child's eczema, or what the flare-ups keep lining up with. Calm the guesswork. Track what helps. EczemaTrack turns those anxious guesses into a clear, private record. Spend about two minutes a day, then walk into your next pediatrician or dermatologist visit with real history instead of "I think it's been worse lately." WHY SAME-DAY TRACKING MISSES THE CLUES Eczema is unpredictable, and it's rarely obvious what helps and what doesn't: - A food that doesn't agree with your child can show up on their skin a day or two later. - A bath or moisturizer may line up with a calmer next morning. Simple diaries only compare today's logs with today's skin, so these lagged connections stay hidden. EczemaTrack looks back across days — not just today — checking each factor over the time window that actually fits it, so slow-building patterns have a chance to surface. A 2-MINUTE DAILY CHECK-IN - Severity (1–5), scratch level, and baths - Interactive body map: 15 regions, front and back, with per-area severity - Foods and common allergens (dairy, soy, egg, wheat, and more) - Products and medications: creams, ointments, and routines - Pets, places, and weather (automatic or entered by hand) - Free-text notes for anything else worth remembering SEE YOUR HISTORY - Color-coded calendar of good days vs. hard days - Monthly stats at a glance - Medication schedules with reminders and adherence tracking FIND POSSIBLE PATTERNS - Automatic pattern analysis ranks the factors you log by how strongly each one lines up with the severity you recorded — including delayed effects - Foods you've flagged as common allergens are checked same-day and up to two days later, other foods same-day; baths and moisturizers into the next morning; weather on the same day - Compare: days with a factor vs. days without it - Shareable PDF and CSV reports to bring to your pediatrician or dermatologist These are early, unconfirmed leads to discuss with your child's doctor — patterns in your own data, not medical conclusions. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, no cloud, nothing transmitted or sold. - The only exception is an optional weather lookup that sends approximate location to Apple's weather service — and you can skip it and enter weather by hand. SWITCHING FROM ANOTHER ECZEMA APP? Your fresh start is private by default. Keep your child's history on your phone, where it belongs. IMPORTANT EczemaTrack is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or predict any condition, and it does not identify allergies. The patterns it shows are correlations in your own logs — early leads to talk through with a qualified healthcare professional. Always follow your clinician's guidance about your child's care. PRICING - Free right now: every feature is unlocked for everyone, including pattern analysis and the PDF and CSV reports. You don't need a subscription or a trial for any of it. - Subscribed to EczemaTrack Pro before? You don't need it anymore. It won't renew, and you won't be charged again. Everything you've logged stays. Calm the guesswork. Track what helps. Terms of Use: https://eczematrack.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://eczematrack.com/privacy

What’s new

Version 1.0.15 · Updated October 13, 2026

The four lists on the Today tab (foods, products, pets and places) are now always open, right under the skin rating. Each list has its own Add button, which opens the items you've logged before: yesterday's first, then recent ones, then ones you saved. Tick what happened and tap Add. Nothing is ticked for you. "Select all" ticks all of yesterday's items when the day was the same, and it replaces "Same as yesterday". Tap an item on a list to see its details: the meal, whether a food is a common allergen, a reaction, time with a pet, or notes about a place. Swipe an item to remove it, and you can undo a removal right away. "That's everything" now comes after the lists, so you can look them over first. A food added from a list no longer gets a meal you didn't choose. If you want the meal recorded, pick it in the food's details. Patterns in Insights now update at set points: at 30, 45, 60 and 90 logged days, then every 30 logged days. Between updates they stay the same. Because of this, the patterns you see may change once after you update. Logging every day, quiet days too, helps it find more. A few fixes so the log only says what you told it: - Weather can be looked up for today only. For an earlier day, you can enter it by hand. - A new medicine needs its type chosen before it's added. It used to default to a topical steroid. - A pet visit no longer records 30 minutes unless you set a time, and "No Contact" is no longer offered, since a pet entry counts as contact. - On the body map's front view, the left arm, hand, leg and foot are now drawn on the side that matches your child facing you. Areas you marked before keep their names (like "Left Arm"), so on the front view they now appear on the other side of the drawing.
