OneTap: Returns & Refunds

OneTap keeps track of every online return: the deadline, the label, and the refund. Forward an order confirmation to [email protected]. Zaya, OneTap's returns assistant, reads it, works out the return deadline from the store's policy, and adds the order to your list. KNOW YOUR DEADLINES Every store has different rules: 30 days from purchase, 60 from delivery, final sale, store credit only. OneTap applies the right policy to each order and shows how many days you have left. START A RETURN IN A FEW TAPS Pick the items and tell Zaya why. OneTap gets your return details ready. For stores with their own returns portal, it takes you straight to the right page. SEE YOUR REFUND BEFORE YOU SHIP An itemized estimate: item prices, your share of tax and discounts, and any return fees. ALL YOUR LABELS IN ONE PLACE Return labels in emails you forward are saved to the return automatically. You can also upload a PDF or photo of a label, then view, share or print it at drop-off. TRACK IT TO THE REFUND Follow each return from submitted to refunded, across all your stores, on one screen. YOU CHOOSE WHAT WE SEE OneTap only reads the emails you forward. We don't sell your data. Start free. Forward one receipt and see what OneTap finds. OneTap currently supports US retailers and US return policies.
