What's new in NexBook 4.2 - Returns made easy: tap the arrow on an invoice or SO line, type how many came back. Stock, totals and balance update by themselves. - Take-back price: return at a lower price than sold. The difference stays on the invoice. - Refunds: pay back by cash, card or bank, or keep it as credit on the customer's account. - Split payment: new Payment Terms "Split". Type cash, card and bank amounts. The rest stays as credit. - Receive Payment button on every invoice: part payment, half cash half card, or full balance. - Cash sale receipts are protected. They can no longer be deleted from Payments by mistake. - My PIN in Settings: set or change your own PIN for opening balances and admin actions. - Dashboard: Cash Book, Auto Cash and Bank Book cards. Turn each on or off in Settings. - New Bank Book under Accounting with a starting balance from your bank statement. - Expense button inside Payments. Choose if it was paid from cash, card or bank. - Item list in the invoice shows our cost next to stock (only for users who may see profit). - Faster invoice editor. No more flicker while typing. Fits 13-inch MacBook screens. - Save and Done buttons stay on screen in every window. Cmd+Return saves, Esc cancels. - Customers and Vendors shown separately in Contacts. Wrong vendor can be moved to Customers in one tap. - Franchise fixes: start fresh works after Face ID, opening stock import, no double stock on Receive.
