About Fastum: Fasting Timer & Stages

Fastum is a fasting tracker for people who already know why they're fasting. Simple, straight to the point, and quietly beautiful. Choose your fast, start it in one tap, and let it run — while Fastum keeps the time, tracks your meals and water, and shows you exactly what your body is doing along the way. WHY PEOPLE CHOOSE FASTUM • No sign-up to begin. Answer a few questions, or skip them entirely and start fasting straight away. Create a free account when you want your history backed up — or when you start logging water, weight and meals, which is what it's for. • Start in one tap. Open Fast counts up with no goal. Timed Fast counts down to a length you choose, with presets like 16:8 — or any number of hours you want. • See what your body is actually doing. Settling, fat-burning, ketosis, autophagy — each stage arrives with a quiet notification, even when the app is closed. • Know when you'll eat. An hour before your window opens, Fastum tells you the actual time — so you can plan a meal around it, not watch a countdown. • Never lose your place. Your fast keeps running in the background, sits on your lock screen, and follows your account to a new phone. • Fix the start time. Began at 4pm and only opened the app at 6? Move the start time instead of restarting the fast. • Stopped by mistake? Resume it. The fast comes back exactly where it was, and the accidental entry disappears from your history. • Apple Health, both ways. Fastum reads your weight, sleep, heart rate and activity, and writes back the weight and water you log. • Light and dark, and genuinely nice to look at. FREE, FOR AS LONG AS YOU LIKE Open Fast and Timed Fast with presets. Every stage through the first 24 hours, explained, with the body diagram. Food logging — search, barcode scan and macros. Water and weight. Your last 7 days of history. The whole Learn library. No ads, and no account needed to fast. GREAT FOR • Your first honest 16:8 • Pushing past 24 hours with something watching the clock for you • Getting back on track after a week that got away from you • Anyone who wants the data without the noise FASTUM PRO — THE DEPTH BEYOND A DAY • Every stage past 24 hours. The first day is free; Pro is the rest of the map, through deep autophagy, immune reset and beyond. • Pro Fast — extended fasts from 24 hours to a week, with stage-by-stage guidance and a proper refeeding plan for coming out of it. • Custom Fast — build a repeating sequence of fast and eating windows that fits your week, not someone else's template. • Nutrition trends, the streak calendar, share cards, your complete history — every fast you have ever logged — and a home-screen widget. START WITH A FREE WEEK Both plans begin with a 7-day free trial. Live in the full version for a week, then decide. If notifications are on we'll remind you before it ends. Fastum Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. $7.99/month or $49.99/year, each with the first 7 days free. Billed through your Apple Account, always — so you cancel it yourself in iPhone Settings, in your own time. We never see your card, and there is no web account to hunt down. Full terms: https://yuramos.github.io/fastum/terms.html BEFORE YOU START Fastum is a wellness tool, not medical advice. Fasting — especially beyond 24 hours — carries real risks. Please talk to your doctor first, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or live with a health condition. Fasts longer than about a week belong under medical supervision, and Fastum does not present them as a goal. Questions, ideas, or something broken? Write to us: [email protected]

What’s new

Version 1.5.3 · Updated September 11, 2026

Fastum now speaks Ukrainian — the entire app, including every stage explanation and the whole Learn library. If your iPhone is set to Ukrainian, Fastum switches automatically. There's also a new Language row in Profile if you'd rather choose it yourself. Fixed: fasts longer than a day showed the timer as a raw hour count — a six-day fast read 160:02. It now reads 6d 16:02. Fixed: a handful of screens and alerts that were still showing English text regardless of your language.
