YOUR DAILY REP Every First Rep journey begins with 1 Timothy 4:7–8—the call to train for godliness. From there, guided daily readings help you spend a few unhurried minutes in the Word and put it into practice. YOUR FIRST 14 DAYS Begin with a clear two-week runway. See verified Body Days beside completed Word Reps, then review your first weekly rhythm and an honest 14-day Mirror. DAILY CORE Daily Core offers an optional Proverbs chapter, In Your Season application, and private reflection. It stays separate from the primary Daily Rep and is included with First Rep Plus. TODAY’S LENS Tell First Rep where you are: building, in season, carrying a lot, coming back, injured, or off-season. TODAY’S LENS shows the relevant factors when an application matches your context. Universal applications are labeled PUT IT TO WORK. Scripture stays fixed; the lens clarifies relevant context. BODY READINESS + SOUL READINESS With your permission, First Rep can use sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, and workout history from Apple Health to help you understand physical readiness. Soul Readiness reflects your recent rhythm in the Word. Both use your own baseline—not anyone else’s. No wearable or Health access? Use a brief manual check-in instead. Hide words on day one and practice more than once without rushing its spacing schedule. PRIVATE CREWS Create an invite-only Crew for friends, family, or a small group. See simple read/trained status, send messages, react, and encourage someone who has gone quiet. Crew rooms use private iCloud sharing. OPTIONAL COMMUNITY Annual members can join a broader text Community separate from private Crews. Post, reply, react, and optionally share simple Word-kept or Trained marks. Filtering, hide, report, block, edit, and deletion controls are built in. A MIRROR, NOT A SCOREBOARD See days trained beside days in the Word, with reflections that change as your rhythm develops.
