Lady: Birth Control Reminder

Never forget your birth control pill again. This app does one thing and does it well: it reminds you to take your contraceptive pill every day at your time, and it keeps reminding you until you mark the pill as taken. Rebuilt from the ground up in 2026. The same simple app trusted by more than 100,000 women since 2014, now with reliable notifications on modern iOS, a refreshed design, dark mode and 15 languages. HOW IT WORKS • Set your pack start date and the time you take your pill • Get a daily reminder at your chosen time • The notification stays and repeats every few minutes until you mark the pill as taken • See your whole pack at a glance: which pills you took, when, and what is ahead MADE FOR BIRTH CONTROL PILLS • 28-day pack view with placebo (sugar pill) days marked • Any pack type: 21+7, 24+4 or your own combination of active and placebo days • Reminders during the placebo week too, so you never lose the habit (you can turn them off) • Start a new pack with one tap, and get reminded when your pack runs out • Add a private note to any day and use it as a simple pill tracker for your cycle DISCREET AND PRIVATE • Change the notification text so nobody around you knows it is a pill reminder • No account and no sign-up.
