Ajarat is an Arabic-first app for managing properties and rentals, built for landlords and property-management offices. Your properties, units, tenants, contracts, payments, cheques, cash box and statements in one place on your phone, so you know every day who paid, who is late and what falls due soon. ■ Properties & units Add properties and their units by type, or enter all the units of a building in one step. Track occupancy, vacant units and the collection rate of each property. ■ Contracts & tenants Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual or fully manual payment schedules. Renew a contract from its details, record a deposit with the dates it was received and returned, use a contract template per property, and photograph the signed contract to turn it into one PDF. ■ Payments & collection Record a payment in full, in part or with several cheques, or split it into instalments, with a discount, and see what each tenant still owes. Numbered receipts with the amount written in words, and invoices ready to send. ■ Reminders on time Notifications on your phone for payments due and overdue, contracts nearing their end, recurring expenses and tasks, at the hour you choose. A ready reminder message with the name, amount and due date that you send to a late tenant through the messaging app on your phone; sending it to several tenants at once is in the paid plans. ■ Cheques (paid plans) Pending, cleared and bounced, with a photo of the cheque, its due date and an alert before it falls due. ■ Cash box & expenses Cash and bank balances per property, with an opening balance, transfers between them and one movement statement. Expenses in categories you define, an expense on a specific unit that you can bill to its tenant, and income outside rent. Scheduled recurring expenses are in the paid plans. ■ Property obligations & agent fees Record what a property owes a contractor, a bank or a seller in instalments, and pay each one from the property cash box with a reminder before it falls due. Calculate a collection agent's fee as a share of what is collected or a flat amount, with a statement of what is due. ■ Owners & partners Register a property's owners and partners with their shares, with a statement for each party. Profit distribution with exact maths and a confirmation before any money moves is in the paid plans. ■ Property sharing (paid plans) Share a property with a partner, an accountant or a collector at the access you choose: full access, read-only, or amounts hidden. ■ Statements & reports An account statement with a running balance, cash box and party statements, and spreadsheet export in the interface language. Formal PDF reports are in the paid plans. ■ Your data, protected The app works offline and syncs across your devices over an encrypted connection to servers in the European Union, with each user's data fully isolated, a backup you can export and restore, and an app lock with a passcode or biometrics. ■ Two languages, every currency A right-to-left Arabic interface and a full English one, and your account currency chosen from every world currency. ■ Plans Start on the free plan: one property and up to four units. For larger portfolios there are three paid plans, monthly or yearly, that differ in the number of properties, units and shares, and all unlock the features marked above. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial on your first subscription, and prices are shown in the app for your country. The trial turns into a paid subscription when it ends, and subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
