About KLYPIX

You find something worth keeping. A video you want to try. A photo for the kitchen you are renovating. A link for work. Right now it goes into a chat with yourself, and next week you are scrolling back through that chat trying to find it again. KLYPIX sends it somewhere that remembers what it was for. HOW IT WORKS Share to KLYPIX from any app on your iPhone. Choose which project it belongs to, or create a new one right there as you send — from the phone alone, no PC needed. Add KLYPIX for Windows and it collects what you send into that project's space, where you can see it beside everything else on the same subject. WHAT YOU CAN SEND - Photos and videos from your library or the camera - Links from a browser or any app that can share - Files from Files, Mail, or anywhere else - Notes you type into the app WHAT YOU GET BACK - One tick when it uploads, two when your PC places it in the space - Spaces you make on the phone: what you send there goes into the space, with no PC on - Your sending history, searchable by a word in a note, a file name or a link's title, and by space, with a Keep mark for anything that should stay openable until you delete it - Items your PC sends you, ready to preview, open and save - The space itself, viewable on the phone DRIVE PASSWORD You can set an optional Drive password to open Drive on another device without your other devices. Your sync key is locked on your device before the locked copy is stored. KLYPIX never receives your Drive password and cannot recover it: if you forget it and lose every device holding your key, your files cannot be opened. PRIVACY Every item is encrypted on your phone before it is uploaded, and the key stays on your devices. The server stores that ciphertext plus the few details it needs to deliver it and to let you search from your phone: the item type, the destination space, when it was sent and when it expires, which device sent it, which of your keys sealed it (by a short identifier, never the key), a keyed fingerprint that lets it spot a duplicate, whether you marked it Keep, and a fixed-size set of keyed fingerprints of words from its text, link title or file name. Those fingerprints are made with a key only your devices hold, so the server can match a word you search for but cannot read it or see the link's address. Two exceptions. If you share a space with someone by email invitation, KLYPIX holds that space's key so they can open it, and items you send to it are readable to KLYPIX and are not indexed for search. And when you use Share with AI on a conversation, KLYPIX stores a readable copy of it (your notes and links, file names, send times, and descriptions of its photos, videos and voice notes, which are sent to Google Gemini to write them), and anyone with its link can read it until you stop sharing. Picking a photo never needs your photo library: iOS hands the app the photo you picked and nothing else. Two optional actions do ask, and iOS asks you the first time you use them — "Last Photo", and saving an item back to Photos. KLYPIX's own code never asks iOS for your contacts, your location or your phone number. The App Store privacy label shows Phone Number and Coarse Location because Google's sign-in library, which the app bundles, declares them, and Apple counts a bundled library's declaration as the app's. You can see your paired devices, unpair, and delete your account from inside the app at any time. Privacy policy: klypix.com/privacy WHAT YOU NEED An iPhone and a KLYPIX account. A PC is optional: sign in and this iPhone gets its own sync key, so you can create project spaces, send into them, search what you sent and mark items Keep with no PC at all. Add KLYPIX for Windows whenever you like — scan a code once, and that PC is what collects the items you send to its space. Available in English and Arabic, with full right-to-left layout.

What’s new

Version 1.1.7 · Updated October 22, 2026

One switch gives your AI a space. • Turn AI on or off for a space with the AI switch beside Open space. No settings to dig through. • Ask ChatGPT or Claude about that space. The first time your AI asks about a saved video, photo or file, KLYPIX reads it and keeps the reading, so it is ready the next time. • A simpler AI access screen: the "Read new items automatically" setting is gone, because items are now read only when your AI asks about them.
