PawVitals: Pet Health Tracker

Caring for a dog or cat with diabetes, kidney disease, epilepsy or old age means a lot of numbers, doses and dates. PawVitals keeps them in one calm place for you and your vet. TRACK WHAT MATTERS • Blood glucose with the insulin given, the meter and injection sites. • Medications with reminders, Give and Skip, adherence and low-supply warnings. Scan a prescription label to fill it in. • Weight, appetite, water, energy and symptoms. • A seizure diary; two or more within 24 hours are flagged. • A quality-of-life score (HHHHHMM) with a trend over time. • Your units everywhere: kg or lb, mg/dL or mmol/L, mL or fl oz, including what your care circle logs. Medication doses stay exactly as prescribed. VACCINES, PREVENTATIVES AND LABS • Vaccines and preventatives with reminders a week before and on the day. • Chart lab results (creatinine, SDMA, fructosamine, T4 and more) against the range printed on your lab report. • Enter your vet's glucose target in mg/dL or mmol/L. Until you do, PawVitals uses a general guide from published veterinary guidance: 100–250 mg/dL for dogs and 80–300 mg/dL for cats. MEALS AND DOCUMENTS (PLUS) • Log meals and refused meals next to doses and glucose. • Keep vet records and lab reports with your pet: scan, import a PDF or add a photo. CARE CIRCLE Share a pet with family or a sitter through a link. They see the medications and recent care and can log doses, glucose, weight, meals or notes, added to your records with their name. • See who is active, review what they logged and correct entries for 48 hours. Remove a person or stop sharing any time. • Looking after a friend's pet? Today shows what is due next, with reminders (Plus). • Creating a link is part of Plus. Joining is free for up to 4 circles; Plus lets you join more. It travels through iCloud; no PawVitals server. HISTORY AND PROFILE PHOTOS • A History of everything you logged. Fix a wrong entry for 48 hours; delete any time. • Add a profile photo and crop it to fit the round picture. INSIGHTS THAT SHOW THEIR WORK Fixed, readable rules, not AI, look for low glucose, rising trends, weight loss, missed doses, refused meals, seizure clusters, low supply, overdue vaccines and lab values outside your report's range. Every card says why it appeared and suggests a question for your vet. Safety alerts such as a low glucose reading are free for everyone. PawVitals never diagnoses and never recommends a dose. READY FOR THE VET • A Vet Visit Summary PDF for 30 days to a year: medications, glucose, weight, diet, vaccines, labs, seizures and patterns to discuss. • Appointments with reminders and an optional calendar entry. • An emergency page with one-tap calling to your vet. DAILY LIFE • A weather-aware walk planner tuned to your pet's condition (Plus; approximate location, only to fetch weather). • Keepsake slideshow videos with music, plus birthday and Gotcha Day reminders. • Optional: Nightscout CGM, Apple Health walks, Bluetooth scales and meters, CSV import. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, nothing sold. Records stay on your device and sync through your own iCloud, never our servers. Export any time. FREE, WITH ONE FAIR UNLOCK One pet, everyday logging, medication and vaccine reminders, lab results, History, backup and every safety alert are free, with the most important insight and the last 30 days of trends. PawVitals Plus is one purchase, never a subscription, and unlocks unlimited pets, every insight, full trend history, the walk planner, the vet-summary PDF, meals, documents, creating care-circle links, joining more than 4 circles, due-time reminders for pets you look after, keepsake videos and live device connections. If you used PawVitals before version 1.2.1, you keep every insight, full trends and the walk planner. PawVitals is a record-keeping tool.
