About SimplyFit: AI Fitness Tracker

Everything you need to eat and train, in one free app. No ads, no sign-up wall. SimplyFit is a calorie counter, a macro tracker and a workout planner that actually know about each other. Set your target, log what you eat, train a real program, and watch the weight move — whether you are losing fat or building muscle. COUNT CALORIES WITHOUT THE CHORE • AI food scanner — photograph the plate and get the calories and macros back • Barcode scanner for anything packaged • Type "180g chicken thigh and a cup of rice" and it is counted ingredient by ingredient • A menu of 1,969 foods built in, including 1,076 Filipino ones — adobo, sinigang, tapsilog — plus US, UK, Canadian and Australian sets • Every meal you photograph keeps its picture, on your phone A CALORIE TARGET THAT FITS YOU Six questions and you have your number. SimplyFit works out your calories from your age, height, weight, sex and how active you really are, using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation. Lose weight, gain weight or maintain, at a pace you pick — from a gentle 5% calorie deficit to an aggressive 25%. It shows your BMI, tells you roughly how many weeks your target will take, and says plainly when your plan is not a sensible one. 48 WORKOUT PROGRAMS, ALL FREE 15 home workouts that need no gym — bodyweight and calisthenics, or dumbbells and a pull-up bar if you have them. 33 gym workouts: push pull legs, upper/lower, bro splits, strength training, powerbuilding, machines only. Cutting or bulking, several run in phases, so phase 2 and phase 3 carry on from the first instead of starting over. A REAL WORKOUT LOG Every set, every weight, a rest timer between them, and last session's numbers on screen so you know what to beat. 293 exercises with a written how-to each, 187 with photos, each naming an easier alternative if the movement is not working today. SEE WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING Weight over time. Macros by day. Steps and active calories read straight from Apple Health, so your Apple Watch counts towards your day — free, not a paid extra. And a body fat percentage estimated from four progress photos, so you can tell fat loss from weight loss instead of guessing. MAKE IT YOURS 30 colour themes, dark and light. The Today screen leads with your calories and macros, then the card you use next — you choose the order. Share a meal or a finished workout as a clean card, or keep it private. IT WORKS OFFLINE, AND WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT No sign-up wall. Your food diary is stored on your iPhone and the app works with no signal. Make an account only if you want a backup — Sign in with Apple takes one tap — and delete it, with everything in it, from inside the app whenever you like. No adverts anywhere, and nothing about you is sold. FOR COACHES Coach Mode turns it into a personal trainer app: every client gets a full profile with their macros, split, weight history and check-ins. Built by a competing physique coach who coaches online from it. MADE IN THE PHILIPPINES Built in Manila, with 1,076 pinoy foods already counted, and the first screens speak Taglish if you want them to. SIMPLYFIT PRO The app itself stays free for everyone. Pro is an optional subscription that pays for the AI: 15 photo estimates a day instead of 15 a month, 30 typed estimates a day, a body-fat check every week, and Coach Mode. SimplyFit Pro is offered as a monthly and a yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in your own currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, and it renews automatically unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it any time in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
