Briefcaster: Audio News Brief

Briefcaster turns your sources — topics, YouTube channels, RSS feeds and websites — into a short personal audio brief. Every day, at the hour you choose, AI writes and reads it to you in a natural voice. No scrolling, no clickbait, no editor deciding for you: you listen to exactly what you picked. Important: everything — script and narration alike — is generated automatically. Briefcaster employs no journalists and no voice actors, and every episode lists the sources it drew on, so you can always go back to the original. LISTEN INSTEAD OF SCROLLING • Type a topic — your first brief is ready in minutes • Add your own sources: YouTube channels, RSS feeds, websites • Your morning edition is waiting at your hour — a notification tells you YOUR SOURCES, YOUR VOICE • Natural AI voices in English and 5 more languages • Two-host dialogue format — two AI voices, like a podcast conversation • Import your YouTube subscriptions in one tap PODCAST-GRADE COMFORT • Background playback with lock-screen controls • A private RSS feed — listen in your favorite podcast app too • Share episodes with friends in one tap • Ready-made daily world briefs while you build your own feeds ON IPHONE DUO • Inner display turned sideways: the player and your queue beside the show notes and transcript • Partly open: controls below the fold, text above it • Listening carries on as you fold and unfold the phone WHO IT'S FOR Commuters, runners and anyone who wants to stay informed without an hour of screen time. You choose the sources — not an algorithm, not a newsroom. Start free: your first brief is ready before your coffee cools.
