Earth Explorer: Kids Atlas

Explore a 3D world map with geography games for kids. Earth Explorer helps curious children around ages 6-11 discover countries, continents and capitals on a realistic globe. Spin, zoom, listen to place facts and test your knowledge with Find It! quizzes. Made for families, homeschool learning and independent exploration. EXPLORE A LIVING GLOBE See detailed imagery, terrain, oceans, clouds and city lights. Watch the boundary between day and night move with the clock. Zoom closer to discover the landscape, or switch between teaching colours and natural imagery. BUILD GEOGRAPHY SKILLS Explore 7 continents, 237 countries and map regions, 199 capitals and 132 selected major cities. Place cards share short, approachable facts. Find It! challenges children to locate places, with three difficulty levels and gentle help when they get stuck. My Passport keeps discoveries and progress on the device. LISTEN AND DISCOVER Thousands of bundled narration clips help children explore while building reading confidence. The core globe, place facts, quiz and passport work offline. Online map imagery and optional AI answers require an internet connection. FLY FROM SPACE TO A REAL PLACE With Explorer Pass, dive into 331 destinations and explore 685 landmarks using rich map imagery. See 3D buildings and street-level views where coverage is available. Availability and detail vary by location. SEE TIME AND SEASONS Explorer Pass includes Time Machine: move the clock, explore monthly planet imagery and compare seasonal changes. Optional cloud updates add another way to investigate our planet. ASK KORE Ask a short geography question about the place you are exploring. Read the answer and follow it to another place on the globe. Ask Kore uses an AI answer service and can make mistakes; it is a starting point for curiosity, not a verified research reference. A grown-up controls access. Questions are transcribed on the device, then text and place context are sent to our secure answer service. The app does not save question or answer transcripts. A local curiosity report records only place, topic and date and can be erased. See our privacy policy for service processing details. CHOOSE WHAT YOUR FAMILY NEEDS Free: the globe, continents and countries, Find It!, My Passport and bundled narration. Explorer Pass is a one-time in-app purchase. It unlocks capitals and major cities, Fly and Land, Time Machine and five one-time Ask Kore sample questions. Samples do not renew daily or reset when you reinstall or restore. More questions require a subscription. The new Pass is not eligible for Family Sharing; original Pass owners retain their existing benefits. Ask Kore Essential: 300 text answers per month, with optional device read-aloud. Monthly or yearly billing; the allowance resets on your monthly purchase anniversary. No rollover. Shared across devices using your Apple Account; no Family Sharing. Ask Kore Voice (formerly Kore Unlimited): 30 questions per day with natural generated voice. Both are optional auto-renewing subscriptions and do not include Explorer Pass. The same purchase requirements apply to new and existing users. Updating the app does not grant premium access. Valid purchases can be restored, including eligible Family Sharing purchases. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in App Store account settings. Cancelling a subscription does not remove a separately purchased Explorer Pass. No ads, tracking or social features. No app account required. Purchases are behind a grown-up gate.
