ScribeCam: Field Reports

Walk the site. Talk through what you see. Done — a complete, polished report, written for you. ScribeCam replaces the old way of reporting: handwritten notes, scattered photos, and the hours spent assembling them into a document. Record your walkthrough once — the report builds itself, automatically. MADE FOR ANYONE WITH SOMETHING TO REPORT If you observe it, ScribeCam reports it. Inspectors, adjusters, surveyors, property and facility managers, safety and compliance teams, contractors, consultants — and everyday life too: documenting an apartment move-in or move-out, damage, deliveries, or anything you need on the record. Any role, any responsibility, any observation that needs to become a report. HOW IT WORKS • Title your report and tap Record • Walk and narrate what you see, taking photos along the way • Record as many walkthroughs as you need — one report can hold several • Works fully offline: record in the field, submit when you're back on a connection • Submit, and your fully written report comes back in minutes WHAT'S IN YOUR REPORT • Structured findings with severity, tables, and photo captions • Photos placed in context, with optional walking directions showing the path between them • A branded PDF plus an interactive online report — click photos, play shared video clips • Every recording backed up safely to your Vault, so media on your phone is never lost COURT-GRADE EVIDENCE SEALING When a report must stand up to scrutiny, ScribeCam seals it — covering everything from the moment your report is created through the first generated report. Your video, narration, photos, and sensor data are fingerprinted with standard SHA-256, itemized in a manifest, and locked under a single root fingerprint signed by your device's secure hardware key — proof your media is original, unaltered, and came from your device. Any expert can verify it with standard tools. FULL EDITING IN THE WEB APP Open any report in the ScribeCam web app for complete control: grab still images from your video, annotate photos, edit every section, and keep everything version-controlled — online and PDF alike. SECURE, SIMPLE SHARING Share an online link authorized by your recipient's email. They set a password and see your interactive report in the browser — no app required. You stay in control of who gets in. SCRIBELETS — REPORTS THAT MATCH YOUR WORK Scribelets let you customize exactly how your reports look and read — built for routine reports and specific use cases, always matching your brand. The included Universal Scribelet handles any observation out of the box. AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED ScribeCam is provided to organizations.
