LaundryConnect Live

LaundryConnect Live gives university students real-time visibility into their campus laundry rooms — no more wasted trips to find every machine taken. SEE LIVE MACHINE STATUS Check washers and dryers in your building before you leave your room. Every machine shows its current status — Available, In Use, or finishing soon — updated in real time. GET NOTIFIED WHEN YOU'RE DONE Start your laundry, tap "Notify me when done," and go live your life. LaundryConnect Live sends you a push notification the moment your cycle ends so your clothes don't sit waiting in the machine. BUILT FOR YOUR CAMPUS LaundryConnect Live is available at multiple universities across the Northeast, including Northeastern University, Dartmouth College, Bowdoin College, Colby College, UMass Amherst, Middlebury College, Providence College, Pace University, and more. Open the app and your campus laundry rooms are right there. REPORT PROBLEMS INSTANTLY Door won't close? Machine not spinning? Submit a service request in seconds and the maintenance team gets it automatically — no hunting for a phone number or filling out a form on a computer. CHOOSE YOUR ROOM Use the built-in room selector to switch between buildings on your campus. Your last-used room is remembered so the app opens right where you need it. LaundryConnect Live is powered by Automatic Laundry, the campus laundry provider trusted at universities across the Northeast.
