Quarko: Brain Puzzle Games

Quarko puts fourteen puzzle games in one app. Each is a full game with its own rules, art and campaign, and each is built around one principle from math, physics or perception. There is almost nothing to read: try a move and you see right away what it does. THE FOURTEEN GAMES • Spectile: fill a shape with the hat, the tile found in 2023 that tiles the plane without ever repeating • Sortropy: play Maxwell's demon and sort hot particles from cold ones • Lumika: place mirrors until the beam, split by glass, lights every target • Magnetar: drop charges that steer a particle through its rings in order • Genesis: seed a few cells and let the Game of Life grow them into the target • Deduce: place every icon from picture clues, with no words at all • Terra: color a map so that no two neighbors match • Augur: find the hidden rule by testing your board until every lamp turns green • Voronoi: place seeds so the regions they claim match the map • Umbra: move and turn fragments until their shadow fits the silhouette • Kanixa: turn notched disks until a shape nobody drew appears • Gyre: turn one rotor and the rotors meshed with it turn too • Mobia: walk a piece across a torus, a Möbius strip or a Klein bottle, where a twisted edge sends it back mirrored • Vallum: frost spreads from star to star through a constellation; shield the right stars to keep it away from the suns LEVELS AND ENDLESS Every game has a campaign of levels that get harder as you go, and every star you earn is saved. There is also an Endless mode in each game, with fresh puzzles at three difficulty levels, no timer and no way to lose. EVERY DAY, EVERY WEEK Today's Observation is the puzzle of the day: everyone gets the same one, and the game changes every day. Solve it to keep your streak going and open the daily chest of Quanta; if you miss a day, a streak freeze keeps the streak alive. The Game of the week gives you five puzzles from one game, each harder than the one before, and a new game takes its place every Monday. With notifications on, Quarko can remind you when your streak is at risk, at most once a day and never at night. You can turn the reminder off in Settings. QUANTA AND THE SKY You earn Quanta by playing. Spend them on hints and streak freezes, on skipping a level that has you stuck, or on new skies, game backdrops and win effects. Those themes also unlock for free once you have enough stars. Every star you earn lights up on the Sky, next to your records: best week, longest streak, levels cleared without a hint. FREE TO PLAY, WITH ONE OPTIONAL PURCHASE All fourteen games are free to play, campaigns included. Quarko Complete is a single optional purchase, not a subscription: hints become free in every game and the daily chest doubles. Everything else is the same for every player. OFFLINE, NO ACCOUNT Every puzzle plays offline and there is nothing to sign up for. Text adjusts to the text size set on your phone, and in Terra each color also has its own pattern. Quarko is available in English, Italian, Spanish, French, German and Brazilian Portuguese.
