IdleSpots: Parking Nearby

Parking shouldn't be the hardest part of the trip. IdleSpots connects drivers who need a spot with neighbors who have one sitting empty — garages, gated lots, and private spaces, bookable by the hour. FIND A SPOT IN SECONDS Open the map and see real spots near you with live availability. Filter by covered parking, vehicle size, and when you need it — right now or later. ONE PRICE. NO SURPRISES. The price you see is the price you pay. Fees and tax are included up front, so $15.52 means $15.52 — never a surprise at the end. BOOK IT IN ONE TAP Pick your time, from a single hour up to a full day, and reserve instantly. Every booking includes insurance coverage at no extra cost. DRIVE UP. GATE OPENS. No codes to type, no host to call. At buildings with smart gate access, the gate unlocks automatically when you arrive and check in. YOUR EMPTY SPOT CAN PAY YOU Have a garage or parking space that sits idle? List it in minutes: add photos, set your rate and hours, and go live. You stay in control of your schedule, and earnings are paid out weekly, straight to your bank through Stripe.
