About SimplyCado

SimplyCado is a nutrition tracker built for people who want clarity instead of clutter. Log a meal the way that suits the moment. Photograph your plate and SimplyCado works out what is on it. Type "2 eggs and a slice of toast" and it fills in the amounts. Scan a barcode, read a nutrition label, or search the catalog. You check the result and log it in one tap. Photo and typed-meal reading run on your iPhone. Your photos are not uploaded to be read. Your day sits on one ruler: every meal placed at the time you ate it, with calories left, protein, carbs, fat and water underneath. Nothing blinks, nothing nags. Key features: - Log by meal photo, with the reading done on your phone (iOS 27) - Type a meal in plain words and get foods and amounts - Barcode scanning, nutrition label reading and food search - Saved meals you can pin, edit and log again in one tap - Your own foods and recipes - Daily targets for calories, protein, carbs and fat, with the sources they are based on - Water and weight tracking - A day ruler that shows when you ate, not just how much - Progress history and readable trends - Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, a Live Activity and Control Center buttons - Apple Watch companion for calorie, protein and water progress plus quick water logging - Apple Health support for activity, weight, water and nutrition - Quiet reminders that only arrive when something is missing - English, Swedish and Persian - SimplyCado Pro for Goal Score, target review, pattern finding, weekly reviews and reports Logging, photo reading, targets, water, weight, widgets and the Watch app are free.
