About Cobra Chicken: Loud ADHD Alarm

Cobra Chicken is the alarm clock that will not let you snooze your morning away. Built for ADHD brains and heavy sleepers, it keeps honking until you are actually out of bed. SET WHEN YOU NEED TO BE UP You do not pick when it rings. You pick when you need to be out of bed, and Cobra Chicken starts nudging you awake in the window before that. NO SNOOZE, ONLY GAMES Silencing it buys you a minute, and the next alarm is already on its way. The only real off switch is beating a quick wake up game: • Morning math, the friendly kind • Memory swipe: the arrows show, hide, and you swipe them back • Odd one out: spot the tile that is a slightly different color • Color words: tap the ink color, not the word • Number order: tap the shuffled numbers from 1 up • Digit recall: remember the digits, type them back A few minutes later it checks in again, in case the pillow won round one. PICK YOUR GOOSE • Cobra Chicken (Hardcore): loud sounds, wake up games, the full honk. • Gosling (Easy): no games and a gentle sound, just as stubborn about getting you up. IT LEARNS YOUR MORNINGS It notices how hard you are to wake and pushes exactly as much as it takes. Give it a few mornings and it gets noticeably sharper. ONE THING FOR TODAY Pick the one task that matters today. A goose with opinions reminds you about it, as chill, persistent or relentless as you like. Add a deadline and it counts down for you. Tick it done straight from the notification. YOUR MORNINGS, LOGGED See how long it really takes you to get up, morning by morning, with averages and trends. FREE, NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS No sign up and no ads. Anonymous usage stats help tune the games, and they have a real off switch in Settings. Built for the mornings that usually win. This time, you win.

What’s new

Version 2.3.0 · Updated October 7, 2026

It speaks your language now. Cobra Chicken now speaks 20 more languages, from Japanese to Ukrainian. It follows your iPhone's language, so there is nothing to set. The goose kept every one of its opinions in translation. Settings has a Language row now. It opens the page in iOS Settings where you can run Cobra Chicken in any of its 21 languages, whatever your iPhone is set to. Say something back. There is a speech bubble next to the gear on the alarm screen, and a matching row in Settings. Tap either one to write to the person who makes this app: something broken, something missing, something that finally got you out of bed. Want a reply? Leave an email. Leave it off and nobody can write back, which is also fine. The screen says exactly what gets sent: your message, the app version and your phone model. Nothing else. Written at 6am with no signal? It waits on your phone and goes out the next time you open the app.
