GrowKeep

Your plants don't come with a memory. GrowKeep is one. Log a watering in two taps. Attach a photo. Add a note about the leaf that's curling. Six weeks later, when something's wrong, it's all still there — and so is the answer to "wait, when did I last feed this?" WHAT YOU CAN DO • Log care in seconds — watering, fertilizing, pruning, repotting, harvests, and anything else worth recording, with notes and photos. • Build a photo timeline — every entry adds to a visual history of each plant, so you can see growth, or trouble, over months rather than moments. • Set reminders that fit the plant — every few days, weekly, monthly, or on specific days. Mark care done early and the schedule adjusts. • Handle a reminder without opening the app — mark care done or skip it right from the notification. • Organize gardens and beds — group plants into a garden, lay out its beds, and log care for a whole bed in a single entry. • Run a season start to finish — plant it out, log the year, archive the season, then start the next one with your history intact. • Know your climate — GrowKeep works out your growing zone and your average first and last frost dates from your location, and tells you when the season is turning. • Get warned before a frost — an overnight freeze heading for your tender plants is worth knowing about the evening before, not the morning after. AI THAT HAS ACTUALLY READ YOUR NOTES Most plant apps hand you generic species advice. When you ask GrowKeep about a plant, it sends that plant's real history first — every log entry, every note, its age, its season, your climate — so the answer is about your plant, not the species in general. Attach a photo of the problem and it looks at that too. Or just dictate the question — the compose bar takes voice. Ask about a whole garden and it reads across beds and seasons: what grew here last year, what struggled, what to plant next. It reads your records. It never changes them. FREE AND PREMIUM Free, no trial and no card: • 5 plants, 1 garden, 5 active reminders • 5 AI questions a month • Full care logging, photos, and the photo timeline • Overnight frost warnings, your growing zone and frost dates • Export all of your data, any time GrowKeep Premium: • Unlimited plants, gardens, and reminders • 50 AI questions a month • Photos attached to AI questions • Garden-wide AI and planting advice • Past gardens and seasons — your full history WORKS WHERE YOU ACTUALLY GARDEN Add a plant, log care, and take photos with no signal at all. Everything saves on your phone and syncs when you're back in range — kneeling in a bed at the far end of the yard is exactly where this app gets used. A NOTE ON THE AI GrowKeep's AI offers guidance, not a diagnosis. For a valuable, unusual, or seriously struggling plant, check with a local expert or extension service.
