EquiTraq: Horse Management

EquiTraq brings your horse's everyday life together in one place – for horse owners and for everyone who runs or works in an equestrian business. EquiTraq requires a subscription. For horse owners – included in the Private plan: • Keep basic details, documents and important certificates in one place • Track health, vaccinations, treatments and a health log • Plan training, competitions, packing lists and reminders • Manage feed, feeding plans and daily totals per nutrient – read a forage analysis with AI • Track costs and each horse's monthly total • Chat with your contacts and see the weather hour by hour and nine days ahead • Share selected parts with your household, sharers, yards and service providers For yards and businesses – requires the Business plan: • Manage horses, clients, staff and connections • Work with the business's own calendar, daily tasks and business chat • Support for livery, training, breeding, rehab and other equestrian businesses • Plan treatment and rehab and follow up on what has been done • Handle finances and invoicing data with the right permissions Requires the Media add-on (available for Private and Business): • Photos and video in the records – 20 GB for Private, 100 GB for Business • Businesses with Media can add video and photos to connected horses; the owner sees them with their own Media • Photograph the feed label (1–3 photos) or paste the text from the product page and let AI read the nutritional content • Record rides with GPS on Apple Maps (map or satellite) and let your household follow the ride live – if you ride for a business, only the business and its staff can follow the ride instead Requires Media AI or a per-analysis purchase: • AI seat analysis: film the rider and get a video with points on the body, measurements and an assessment of the seat. The assessment is saved to the training session; you choose whether to save the video. Media AI is Media plus 30 seat analyses per month and more storage (30 GB Private, 150 GB Business). You can also buy 1 or 3 analyses in the app. Country and language are chosen separately. Country-specific information, regional options and FEI are shown where they apply, without mixing languages and rules. The horse owner decides which parts others can see or edit. Private costs and detailed insurance information are not shared with yards, staff or sharers. EquiTraq does not replace veterinary care, an instructor or professional advice. Always contact a vet in case of illness, injury or acute symptoms. EquiTraq works in the browser and as an app. Media AI and seat analyses are purchased in the app. Horse data and other information you enter are stored primarily in the EU (Ireland). Optional AI features send analysis material to Anthropic in the USA. Other processing by external providers is described in the Privacy Policy. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES EquiTraq is a subscription that renews every month until you cancel. The trial lasts 14 days and automatically becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. The price is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.
