About BioHack Track: Peptide & GLP-1

Track your whole protocol free. Find out whether it's working with Pro. For people who take peptides, hormones and GLP-1s seriously — and the free version is a complete tracker, not a trial. FREE, WITH NO LIMITS No cap on compounds. No cap on protocols. No 30-day history wall. No ads. No account. • Log every dose in one swipe, with injection-site rotation so you don't hit the same spot twice • "In Your System" — circulating levels modelled from each compound's half-life, not just a list • Titration phases and on/off cycles, planned once and reminded thereafter • Inventory that counts every vial down and tells you the day it runs dry • Reconstitution calculator with a syringe drawn to the exact unit to pull • 200+ compounds and 21 pre-made blends, with half-life, dose ranges and mechanism • Evidence Check — pick a compound and an outcome, get a verdict graded from 1,254 PubMed-verified studies. It says when there is nothing there • Log bloodwork by hand, with reference ranges and a plain explanation of each marker • Nutrition — scan a barcode, or let the camera read the label; 32 nutrients, by meal or by day • Water, steps and weight goals • Apple Health sync, plus Home and Lock Screen widgets — your next dose without opening the app • Cycle tracking — periods, phases and cycle projections • Stack warnings — if a compound is in two protocols at once, including hidden inside a blend, you're told your real daily total • Import your history from another app Your data is yours on every plan — backup, restore and export are never paywalled. PRO — DID IT ACTUALLY WORK? Free tells you what you took. Pro tells you what it did. • Import a lab panel straight from your portal's PDF — 98 markers in seconds • Biological age from your own bloodwork — two methods, so an incomplete panel still gives a number • Photograph a smart-scale readout — it reads the numbers • Body composition trended over months: fat, muscle, water, visceral • Before-and-after photos, paired by date, side by side • Put a dose, a body metric and a lab marker on one chart and see if they move together • A doctor-ready PDF — protocol, adherence, labs, trends and photos — so the appointment is a conversation, not a memory test • What your protocol costs per month and per compound, with cost-to-goal • Certificates of Analysis stored with the vial, shared in one tap • Household profiles — a partner or family member, protocols and labs kept separate FOR CLINICIANS — THE PROVIDER TIER Your patients can send you the record instead of describing it. • Import the record a patient shares — protocols, doses, labs, scans, check-ins • Unlimited patients, searchable, with your own chart or MRN • Every lab marker, scan and dose history as a scrubbable chart • Segmental composition — lean and fat per limb and trunk • Plot any symptom against the days they dosed, side effects marked • See what changed since their last record • Propose starting, changing, pausing or stopping a protocol — they review it • Private clinical notes, separate from what the patient sees • Record visits and export a printable patient file Patient records live in a separate database never synced to iCloud, and we never receive them. A change sent through the app is not a prescription. PLANS Free — everything above the Pro section, forever. No card. Pro — $2.99/month or $32.99/year. No trial to cancel; the free tier never expires. Provider — $19.99/month or $199.99/year. Includes everything in Pro. Cancel any time; nothing is deleted. FREE ON THE WEB Five free calculators — reconstitution, blend dosing, GLP-1 titration, vial cost, unit conversion — biohacktrackapp.com PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. Your protocol lives on your device and your own private iCloud — not a database we can read. No third-party trackers. For personal tracking only. Version 4.17 · Updated October 7, 2026

SAVE A PROTOCOL, START IT AGAIN Protocols you use often can be saved once and started again without retyping them — a compound, a dose, a cadence and a duration, kept above the built-in templates. Starting one makes a copy. Editing the saved protocol afterwards does not move a protocol you are already running. The same dose check that guards everything else guards these, including each step of a titration rather than only the headline number. YOUR ADHERENCE FIGURES ARE NOW EXACT — AND THEY WILL MOVE The expected-dose count on a provider's copy was an estimate: a weekly rate multiplied by the length of the window. It is now the same count your own Progress screen walks — day by day, honouring pauses, cycles, phases, skipped doses and rescheduled ones. So both sides of one protocol finally agree. Expect figures to shift: the estimate was a whole dosing day short on every protocol, so most will read higher. The over-dose flag changed with it. It fired above a percentage, which meant two extra doses could hide on a long protocol — 58 of 56 is only 104%. It now fires on more than one dose above what was expected, or on anything at least double, whatever the length. YOUR VIALS, AT THEIR REAL LEVEL Every vial is redrawn — neck, crimp cap, graduations, liquid at its actual level — and it is the same vial everywhere it appears: the inventory list, the detail screen, the Home Screen widget. The widget now shows the real level. It used to draw every vial the same, whatever was left. Opening a vial shows how much is left, how many doses that is at your current protocol, and the date it runs out. WHAT A CLINICIAN RECEIVES IS A LIST, NOT A LEFTOVER The file you send a provider was built by taking everything and removing what somebody remembered to remove. It is now the other way round: a section reaches a clinician only if it is on a list, so anything added later is withheld until somebody decides otherwise. No longer sent: your daily-challenge history, and your saved-food library, which has no owner and so could not be limited to one person in a household. Your food log is unchanged and still rides the Check-ins toggle, which now says so on the switch. ALSO • The doctor report lists every reading in the period. Weight and blood pressure stopped at the most recent 20, which meant a high reading older than that was simply not in the document a clinician read — and the "Start:" figure above the list was taken from a reading the list did not show. • Light mode is free. It was reaching only part of the app unless you subscribed — the setting applied and most screens ignored it. • Blood pressure is checked before it is stored. A systolic of 1200 was storable, and so was 80/120 — two ordinary numbers entered the wrong way round, which no single-field check can see. Both are refused now, with the reason shown. These are impossibility limits, not a normal range: 180/120 is a real emergency and is stored without complaint.
