Then record what changes and see the current plan without piecing it back together from messages. SHARE CARE WITHOUT ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION Caregiver access is free after an invite is accepted. One household subscription covers the family. BUILD THE USUAL WEEK Set the care that normally repeats. School belongs beside daycare, nanny care and sitter time—not hidden inside a generic event calendar. RECORD WHAT CHANGED Add a day off, a child’s activity or a trip. Say who does each pickup and dropoff, or ask someone to take one; they accept or decline, and Milava shows where each one stands. Leave a care note on the day. A caregiver can send a daily report after care, so the next handoff starts with the same context. KEEP IT WHERE YOU LOOK Connect Google Calendar, and Milava keeps a calendar in your Google account up to date. Or subscribe from Apple Calendar or Outlook for free. That feed is read-only from Milava to your calendar app, and calendar apps choose when to refresh it. Once Milava’s events are in Google Calendar, ChatGPT or Claude can answer from them when the assistant has access to that calendar. That workflow sees schedule events—not care notes, medical details, emergency contacts, phone numbers, pay information or daily reports. TRIPS AND FLIGHTS Record a parent’s trip and add a flight. Live arrival times are free when flight data is available and refresh when the app opens. Premium adds background delay and landing alerts when notifications are enabled. Flight data comes from a third-party provider and may sometimes be unavailable or estimated. SIGN IN WITH A PASSKEY After adding a passkey on iPhone, sign in with Face ID instead of a password. MILAVA PREMIUM Premium adds asking trusted backups to help cover a gap, the morning briefing, tomorrow’s plan tonight, the week ahead, questions without the 20-a-month limit, and background flight alerts.
