About Sorbo: Wine Tasting Notes

Sorbo is your wine tasting notebook: serious and fast at once. Note what you drink, understand your own taste and discover your next favourite bottle. No showing off, no impossible forms — just you and the wine. TASTE IN SECONDS Log any wine with a quick card: type, body, acidity, tannins, aromas and your score from 50 to 100. The card is pre-filled with the typical profile for that style, so you only fine-tune what you actually perceive. Add the grape (over 600 varieties) and a photo. YOUR CELLAR, ALWAYS WITH YOU All your saved tastings, with search and filters. Save the bottles you haven't opened yet and let Sorbo tell you when they're at their peak with the drinking window. Coming from another app? Import your history from Vivino, CellarTracker or any CSV. SCAN AND GET IT RIGHT Photograph a restaurant's wine list and Sorbo ranks the wines that match your palate, with a budget filter and food pairing based on what you're eating. At the supermarket? Scan the shelf and find out which bottle is worth it. TABLE MODE: BLIND TASTING WITH FRIENDS Create a room, invite by code or QR and taste together, open or blind. Score, reveal and crown the winner on the podium. EXPLORER MODE: TRAIN YOUR PALATE Beat challenges, answer the daily quiz, earn badges and watch the wine map light up with every country and region you taste. Challenges and Quizzes, free for everyone. YOUR PALATE, MADE CLEAR Discover your taster profile, how you score and where your taste is heading. And at the end of the year, relive your year in wine to share it. PLANS — Free: unlimited tastings, Challenges and Quizzes. — Premium: scan lists and shops (10/month), full Table Mode, your palate in depth and your country's map. — Unlimited: everything in Premium, with unlimited scans and the whole world map. What’s new

Version 1.1.4 · Updated September 17, 2026

What's new in 1.1.4: • You can now also create an account or sign in with your email and a password on iPhone, in addition to Google or Apple. • The level-up celebration no longer pops up every time you open the app — it now only shows when you actually level up. • Fixed a brief flash in the Quiz that could reveal the correct answer too soon. • The Quiz question bank grows from 50 to 500 — much longer before any question repeats. • Table mode: if you leave a room or stop playing, the wines you've already tasted are now saved to your Cellar automatically.
